Summary
Responsible for the performance growth of the Bank’s Individual deposits nationwide.


Duties and Responsibilities
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Mass Affluent or HNWI):
• Responsible to attract fresh fund deposits/investments into Bank Islam’s Individual CASATIA from the following customers (existing and new):
✓ Mass Affluent or High Net Worth Individual
• Identifies business opportunities or prospects by identifying government offices/govt agencies / professional bodies / corporate / institutions/business associations / strategic partnerships etc and evaluating their position in the industry and also analyzing their needs.
• Establish contact and business relationship with prospects to get opportunities to penetrate or access its members/staff, which will also open doors to all our branches nationwide to approach for account opening. Prospects preferably have business networks/branches nationwide.
• Identifies business opportunities by developing programs or activities to attract customers from the above market (new and existing).
• Discuss with business partners communication strategies to convey information and the Unique Selling Proposition of Bank Islam products to its employees/members etc.
• Communication strategies could include sales presentations, setting up booths, floor to floor promotion, emails, websites, portals, social media and other appropriate channels.
• Cooperate with other departments/divisions in Bank Islam to implement campaigns, programs or activities for the purpose of attracting customers from the above market.
• Maintains continuous relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
• Monitor and track sales performance of each business partner to improve penetration rate.
• To track and monitor the performance and progress of deposits/investments from each customer to increase their wallet size.
• Any other duties/assignments as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirements from time to time.
