Social Media Manager (Contract) - Group Corporate Communications

Role: Social Media Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns over social media platforms by, but not limited to, creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between stakeholders and BIMB Group, and contribute to ensuring a positive customer service experience
  • Facilitate scaling of brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Work with all units within GCC (Brand, AMAL and Media Relations) to create and implement social media strategies and content monthly
  • Collaborate with relevant divisions, departments and subsidiaries within BIMB Group in the creation and implementation of social media contents and strategies
  • Contribute to the planning and development of contents (including, but not limited to, video and posters) for all BIMB Group’s channels that include, but not limited to, social media platforms, corporate websites, internal portal and the organisation’s print publications, as and when required
  • Provide frequent social media reporting for all platforms related to BIMB Group, as and when required
  • Ensure progress on all platforms related to BIMB Group by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar, which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation and internet ranking for web content
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once
