Bank Islam’s Young Leaders Programme (YLP) aims to produce holistic highly trained industry professionals and to build the next generation of leaders in the Islamic banking industry. YLP is a fast track 18-month structured developmental programme that provides real immersive learning experience geared towards developing high potential talents as future leaders in various aspects of Islamic finance.

To be part of our YLP talent network, you just need to have a:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field with a strong track record of academic excellence and active participation in extracurricular activities.
• High adaptability with tenacity to move in our fast-paced work environment.
