Junior UI/UX Designer

Summary

A user-centered UIUX Designer responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences across Bank Islam digital channels. The role works closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate user and business needs into effective customer journeys and interface designs, while contributing to the continuous improvement of Bank Islam's digital products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across Bank Islam digital channels
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design complete customer journeys, including happy, negative, and exception flows
• Apply established design systems, standards, and design patterns consistently
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders
• Present and communicate design concepts and decisions effectively
• Incorporate user research, feedback, and data into design improvements
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements
• Support design implementation and ensure quality of the final experience

Qualification

• Degree in Design, Multimedia, IT or any related field
• 3-5 years in related industry
• Experienced as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript skills and able to draw freehand illustration are a plus
