Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively drive the marketing and origination of SME Banking financing products, deposit offerings, corporate cards, and Takaful solutions to attract new customers.
- Strategically identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer product holdings and maximize revenue.
- Demonstrate agility and responsiveness in achieving individual sales targets
- Collaborate closely with Credit Analysts and Business Center Managers/Regional Heads to develop comprehensive credit proposals and secure approvals from the relevant Financing Committees.
- Partner with Credit Analysts and Business Center Managers/Regional Heads to prepare Letters of Offer and coordinate with Credit Administration to ensure timely and accurate completion of security documentation.
- Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the Bank’s products and services.
- Oversee the disbursement and activation processes, working in collaboration with the Sales Support Team and Credit Administration Department to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
