Job Description: 

Summary

 

Responsible to achieve monthly individual target for Consumer Banking products & services.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities to promote Bank Islam’s consumer and SME products.

 

  • Gather and analyze financial data in order to provide guidance to customers in their decisions;

 

  • Be actively involved in cross-product sales (term financing, Bank Islam Card & deposit) activities to ensure optimal customer reach;

 

  • Proactively manage and build customer relationship and provide good after sales service;

 

  • Process an application form and submit to the relevant operating line – Sales Contributor Team

 

  • To escalate any fraud attempt detected during the processing of application form and its supporting document.

 

  • Ensure that documents submitted for financing application are properly sighted and verified against the original.

 

  • Ensure compliance to the regulatory requirement Bank Negara Malaysia, Security Commission, Bank’s policies, guidelines, procedures and related memo on soliciting sales.

 

  • Prepare reports to Direct Sales Supervisor for performance tracking;

 

  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

 

Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
