Job Description:
- Develop and review new business processes and enhance existing business process
- Develop and review manual, guidelines, policies, terms & conditions, disclosure sheet, campaign mechanic relating to new, variation and enhanced products and campaigns
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until completion of cycle testing for new, variation and enhanced developments
- Manage product operational issues which include but not limited to compliance, risk, audit, system, finance and Shariah.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist the branches, Contact Centre and the related departments on product/service inquiries.
- Support, record and file all the operational and administrative matter of the products, campaigns and business processes.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
