Assistant Manager, Business Service Deposit & Cards

Job Description: 
  1. Develop and review new business processes and enhance existing business process
  2. Develop and review manual, guidelines, policies, terms & conditions, disclosure sheet, campaign mechanic relating to new, variation and enhanced products and campaigns
  3. Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) until completion of cycle testing for new, variation and enhanced developments
  4. Manage product operational issues which include but not limited to compliance, risk, audit, system, finance and Shariah.
  5. Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  6. Assist the branches, Contact Centre and the related departments on product/service inquiries.
  7. Support, record and file all the operational and administrative matter of the products, campaigns and business processes.
  8. Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
