Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new and continuous improvement plan for the existing Banking products and services in alignment with the overall Business unit strategy.
- To ensure execution of developed business strategic roadmap based on business objectives and Bank’s direction.
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure projects/ division milestones/ goals reported in the Business Plan are met timely and adhering to approved budget.
- Perform follow up with the relevant stakeholders and monitor the execution of all action plan.
- Responsible to ensure that all the processes/ actions plan (new develop/ existing) are fully compliant in line with the relevant guidelines including Shariah/ Regulatory/ Internal Standard Operating Procedure.
- Conduct review on the current performance/ process and provide proposal to formulate action plan/ strategy base on the result/ performance of the division.
- Organize work-group session within Business Unit to drive support on any expansion initiative and encourage participation.
- Identify process gaps and propose corrective action plan.
- Manage external relationship i.e. regulators, external auditors.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/ guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- To ensure process and procedures implemented are in line with the Bank’s policy, standards and procedures and other regulatory requirements including Compliance requirement.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the Assistant General Manager of Business Strategy and/ or Chief Business Officer from time to time.
Job Requirements.
- Degree in any related field of study from a recognised IPTA/IPTS.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to form strong, lasting relationships with others.
- Self-driven and proactive, with strong, innovative problem-solving skills and a welcoming attitude towards change.
- Highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful, and result-oriented.
- Ability to network across various functions and levels, and effectively manage multiple tasks/projects while meeting tight deadlines.
- Possess strong business acumen and insight.
