Job Description:
Summary
Responsible for the day to day operation, compliance with internal policies and procedures and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines in line with audit requirements and risk control. Liaising with internal and external parties for the purposes of perfection of documents and completion of documentation processes and eventually disbursement of facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Vetting of documents prepared by the solicitor and attending to execution of documents by the Bank's Attorey and/or preparing documents internally and attending to execution of documents by the Bank's Attorney.
- Attending to issuance of letter of undertaking, letter of consent etc.
- Ensuring facilities are properly authorized for disbursement without compromising the applicable rules and regulations.
- Attending meeting representing Documentation Unit.
- Conducting monthly Self Audit Checklist.
- Ensuring work is done efficiently, effectively and on timely basis within stipulated client charter.
- Contributing to the daily operation towards increasing performance, operational efficiency, cost effectiveness and implementation. of various tasks, duties and assignments.
- Ensuring compliance with the Bank's policy, standards and procedures and other regulatory requirements towards. minimizing audit finding.
- Providing excellent service quality to external and internal customers at all times.
- Understanding local trends and issues that affect the Bank and recommend solutions or take actions that will respond to those activities.
- Demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers' complaints and issues.
- Ensure adherence and compliarice to all internal policies/guidelimes and exteral regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Requirement
Relevant experience of around 2 to 5 years is required.
