Assistant Manager, Fraud Monitoring Ops Analyst - Centre of Digital Experience (CDX)

Summary:

Candidate is required to ensure effective management of fraud risks within CDX.  Candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment and able to effectively apply TAAT values within CDX.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head of Compliance, Risk, Legal and Shariah in the execution and delivery of end-to-end fraud detection, analysis, monitoring and management program within CDX
  • ​​​​​​​Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts from requirement documents to facilitate testing prior to the roll-out of CDX BeU apps on area related to fraud
  • Conduct and document fraud investigation. Facilitate Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team and Risk Management Division (RMD) in transaction monitoring process whenever required
  • Identification of emerging risks related to fraud based on market study or new risks identified form customer transaction pattern and behavior and recommend internal control to mitigate such risks. Established new parameters/rules to detect fraud cases within CDX and conduct testing to avoid high false positive results.
  • Ensure actions are taken upon receiving instructions from FCC & RMD team. This includes timely submission of documents/data to RMD HQ for monitoring or reporting purposes or escalation for any approval if required.
  • Monitor and keep track of all policies and procedures, records, and assessment pertaining to fraud. This includes provide recommendation to address product security loopholes.
  • Provide assistance to internal and external auditor/RMD as well as Regulators on fraud related matters
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation and continual improvement of CDX operations.

 

Requirement: 

Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
