Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the SME Industrial Hire Purchase Head in the overall Industrial Hire Purchase business operations and management.
- Actively market wide range of equipment financing products to suppliers of equipment and originate SME Banking financing products, depositsproducts, corporate card and Takaful for new customers.
- Strategic alliance with potential dealers and drive business to bank.
- Plan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customer’s product holding and revenue
- Work closely with SME Business Center Manager, SME Relationship Manager and branches to cross sell/up selling to obtain new/potentialbusiness opportunities.
- Responsive to obtain new business opportunities in achievement of sales and core KPI / meeting and exceeding individual sales target bycontributing to bank’s business in line with LEAP25’s strategy.
- Acquire, establish and maintain close relationships and network with Bank’s valued customers and other business stakeholders;
- Maintain and manage customers, suppliers and vendors relationship, cross-sell bank’s products and services, monitor the growth and quality ofbusiness portfolio in order to meet the target.
- Structure credit proposition to suite customer’s requirements and assess customer’s creditability base on financial.
- Manage peer relationship with Business Units and Business Support within SME Banking Division as well as other departments/divisions within theBank;
- Work closely with Credit Analyst and Business Center Manager to prepare credit proposal and obtain the approval from respective FinancingCommittees
- Work closely with Credit Analyst and Business Center Manager to prepare Letter of Offer and liaise with Credit Administration for the completion ofsecurity documentation.
- Work closely with other Business Development Unit (internal & external) in promoting Bank Islam products and services.
- Working closely with external business development bodies to promote Islamic Industrial Hire Purchase market segments;
- Conduct site inspection for pre-drawdown cases.
- Manage the disbursement and/or activation process and liaise with Sales Support Team and Credit Admin Department.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing of Industrial Hire Purchase i.e., machines, transportations etc.
- Good Communication and Writing Skills
- Good learning attitude and pleasant personality to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Resourceful and Creative
- Good Interpersonal Skill
- High integrity and professionalism
