Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Market and originate SME Banking financing products, deposits products and Takaful for new and existing customers.
  • Prepare credit proposal and obtain the approval from respective Financing Committees
  • Prepare Letter of Offer and liaise with Credit Administration for the completion of security documentation
  • Proactively monitor credit quality through early problem loan recognition and implement appropriate strategies
  • Work closely with other Business Development Unit (internal & external) in promoting Bank Islam products and services
  • Manage the disbursement and/or activation process and liaise with Sales Support Team and Credit Admin Department.
  • Conduct review of the customers’ facility and recommend the course of action to be taken
  • Analyze changes in the business activities or variation in the customers’ risk profile and decide whether to maintain the relationship or embark on exit strategy
  • Maintain and manage customer relationship, cross-sell bank’s products and services, monitor the growth and quality of business portfolio in order to meet the target
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
