Assistant Manager
Summary
Responsible in business analyst, product system requirement and system support in Core Banking System (CBS), Financing Assistance (FAST), E Channel or any system related to Retail & Non-Retail product and shared product matters from the initial through to completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
(1) System Development related on Retail & Non-Retail product system enhancement.

- Member of Product Working Team and participate in Bank’s Project
- To work together with product innovation team in conceptualize the product concept and translate the requirement to User Requirement Specification (URS)
- To prepare related products accounting entries (if any) for Finance Approval
- To prepare and ensure the signing off the URS by the relevant stakeholders.
- To work out a work around process flow to cater ad-hoc or special cases as may be referred to by the Users.
- Involve / Co-ordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving system enhancements for new and existing products.
- Manage UAT data results and documentation of UAT Plan, UAT Test Script and Case UAT Result
- To carry out end to end product testing and analyze test results to ensure objectives of testing are achieved.
- To ensure migration documents are signed off & submit to IT before migration and track the progress of migration request (if any)
- To develop system User Guide
- To identify and propose appropriate System product knowledge training and prepare training materials.
- To perform project implementation review after system deployment
(2) System Support on issue related on Retail & Non-Retail product matters

- Investigate system issue pertaining to Banking products and advise users a work around solution (if necessary) and/or raise change request to IT (if necessary)
- To manage filing of all product documents in relation to system matters on daily operations or project basis in hard copy and posting of all soft copy documents in share point (where required)
- To liaise with IT to discuss and raise change request to IT on system issues relating to Banking products that covers where applicable; Program Change Request, Parameter Change Request, Patching Change Request
- To ensure all system requests are properly attended (including requests for testing environment and man days negotiations), change is managed in timely manner (i.e. testing is completed in determinable period) and approved by the related parties (e.g. migration)
(3) System user Support on shared matters & related on Retail & Non-Retail product.

- To guide user in system knowledge & system support in resolving human errors for product in Core Banking System
- To provide interim solution for system errors and provide requirement to IT for fixing error.
- To provide work around solution in the event offering to customer is not supported by system.
(4) Others

- Ensure products under Product & innovation are in adherence to and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Qualification
Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience
Years of Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in banking industry with at least 2 years in exposure in business and branch operations.
