Job Description

  • Perform 1st level analytical work to troubleshoot problem escalates by business.
  • Handle end-to-end project management from business requirement, planning, milestone checking, functional specification, system quality assurance, user acceptance test and migration live.
  • Manage budget IT CAPEX/OPEX and the drawdown for Card Business.
  • Approval for the any activity enhancement by vendors and communication to all user on the impact services.
  • Handle monthly performance meeting & technical meetings with vendors.
  • To record, update and process POS/MPOS terminal and pay to phone applications received from Solution Managers, branches and other channels.
  • To record, update and process e-Commerce applications received from TPAs and other channels.
  • Preparing, completing merchant agreements execution and sending for stamping. Sending a copy of stamped contract to merchants.
  • Review existing business processes and provide solutions to improve current process for management approval and to manage the end-to-end project up to delivery.
  • Cost savings champion i.e. responsible to recommend cost-saving projects and obtain necessary management approval for said initiatives.
  • Provides training and knowledge transfer to existing staff on newly implemented projects and create necessary documentation for future reference.
  • Responsible in managing regulatory and scheme compliance projects which includes project approval, costing approval, UAT and support for implementation and pilot test (if any)
  • Point of reference for business users related to all systems under card business and others related system like channels.
  • Responsible for managing all production problems related to card’s system and working with responsible parties for solution and implementations of fixes.
  • Provides regular updates to reporting manager on project status and others stakeholder.
  • Responsible for preparing alternate week projects update to higher management with status of all projects managed by Card Business.
  • Others task that are assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in card business system support or product development.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good leadership skills with ability to multi-tasking, highly numerate with great attention to details.
  • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self- motivated, resourceful and result oriented.
