Summary

Responsible for digital sales initiative for Deposit & Cards products and campaign.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Develop and Execute Digital Sales Strategies:

 

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify target markets and segments, and tailor sales approaches to effectively reach and engage potential clients.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales tactics to optimize results and stay ahead of industry trends.

 

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

 

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and prospects within target industries and demographics.
  • Utilize various online channels, including social media platforms, search engines, industry forums, and online directories, to generate leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through personalized outreach efforts, such as email, cold calling, and networking events.
  • Aggressively capitalizing digital marketing to improve CASATIA portfolio and number of new accounts to the Bank.
  • Promote our CASATIA and attract new subscription to our CASATIA.
  • Evaluate, identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with creative & digital team and marketing teams to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends and implement these new technologies to enhance product/campaign awareness in the digital space.
  • Explore possibility of partnership with third party to implement alternative sales channel via digital and online platform.
  • Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.

 

Client Relationship Management:

 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on digital sales strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Degree/Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
  • 6 years experiences in banking industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent understanding and knowledge of Bank’s product and digital marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Good understanding of marketing channels and digital marketing tools.
  • Interpersonal skills: Actively encourages and supports others to improve performance by sharing knowledge and personal experience with others.
  • Digital Sales Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in digital sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals through online channels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, convey complex ideas, and negotiate agreements.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to navigate pricing discussions, overcome objections, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
