Job Description: 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Application Processing:

  • Review and process credit card applications promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure all application documents are complete and comply with regulatory and bank policies.

Data Management:

  • Input customer and application details into the system.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical records of processed applications.

Compliance and Verification:

  • Verify customer information and supporting documents such as income statements, identification, and credit reports.
  • Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements.

Communication:

  • Liaise with internal departments for clarification or additional information on applications.
  • Provide status updates to sales teams or applicants as necessary.

Reporting:

  • Generate daily/weekly reports on application statuses and processing times.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or potentially fraudulent activities.

Customer Support:

  • Handle inquiries related to application processing in a professional manner.
  • Resolve minor issues or redirect complex matters to the relevant department.

Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in card business system support, process management, or product development.
  • Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to multitask, a strong numerical aptitude, and great attention to detail.
  • Assertive and innovative team player who is highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
