Job Description

  • Liaise with business users on new system enhancements or requests.
  • Liaise with vendor on project. Project coordination and supervise vendors to timely completion of projects within budget, and complete project deliverable.
  • Liaise with other division personnel, e.g. Card Operation, Finance, IT
  • Assist business to perform end-to-end UAT process according to test script and to document the test result.
  • Provide system support and post implementation support.
  • Liaise with IT/Vendor on the business requirement, analysis and queries as well as regulatory and scheme (VISA, MasterCard and PayNet) compliance.
  • Provide system impact analysis based on user requirements and create necessary change requests to provide the details requirement to vendor.
  • Work with business users and respective vendors to come up with production problem fixes.
  • Provide necessary training to business users.
  • Monitoring report provided by DCT – Data Cleansing Tool (Monthly), performing necessary UAT for data patching, verification of information from source system like FOS, CBS or to call customer to get more details.
  • Responsible for retrieval of report on DCT rules. Currently there are about 52 rules for DCT in production (Auto and Manual rules).
  • Responsible for performing UAT and provides regular project status and preparing UAT monthly performance report for management.
  • Assisting portfolio team for card activation, Go Cash application, SREF, A Files and CCRIS reporting to Finance Unit.
  • Provide support for process improvement projects and cost saving initiatives.
  • Other task assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in card business system support or product development.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working in fast-moving business environment.
  • Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-tasking, highly numerate with great attention to details.
  • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result oriented.
