Job Description:
Summary
Responsible to perform outbound calls to promote the Bank Islam Card acquisition, portfolio products,
activation process and card retention purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote various existing portfolio credit cards products such as Balance transfer, Go Cash and new cards acquisition.
- Generating leads, acquire new customers and upsell or cross sell existing customers on additional banking products; to increase the product holding to the bank.
- Establish a good relationship with the other distribution channels such as branches and other internal stakeholders.
- Proactively approach clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in BIMB’s products.
- Provide advice and product information to clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits.
- Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships.
- Perform the necessary processes, procedures, and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to new and existing customers.
- Achieve or exceed decided sales targets.
- Others task that are assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
- To ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- To carry out any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in card business system support or product development.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working in fast-moving business environment.
- Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good leadership skills with ability to multi-tasking, highly numerate with great attention to details.
- Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self- motivated, resourceful and result oriented.
