Job Description: 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the implementation of marketing strategies and delivering effective creative solutions in a timely manner, based on target market knowledge or data.
  • Ensure marketing or communication solutions are delivered within the agreed budget allocation.
  • Ideation Process - Manage the creative process from innovation to development and completion.
  • Serve as the custodian of Communications Identity, ensuring branding consistency and adherence to related guidelines, processes, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities and generate new, fresh ideas for advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
  • Collaborate with members of the marketing or media teams to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
  • Work with copywriters to develop strategies for advertising campaigns.
  • Supervise photographers, illustrators, production artists, and creative freelancers.
  • Ensure full compliance with guidelines issued by regulators, such as BNM, AIBIM, and partners like Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience as a designer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in creative and conceptual thinking, with expertise in design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software.
  • Proficiency in Art Direction, Photography Direction, Illustration, and Production.
