Job Description: 
  • Actively source and acquire new customers for credit card products through various sales approaches (Event, roadshows, referrals, office & corporate appointment etc.).
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
  • Assist customers in completing application forms and ensure accuracy of submitted documents.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline updates to the Team Leader & Sales Manager.
  • Participate in card sales activities organized by the head office/state.
  • Ensuring that the monthly and annual target is achieved according to the target that has been set by the management.
  • Ensure all sales & marketing activities are in accordance with procedures, instructions and regulations issued from the current time.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines during the sales process
  • Verify customer information and supporting documents such as income statements, identification, and credit reports.
  • Adhere to internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Handle inquiries related to application processing in a professional manner.
  • Resolve minor issues or redirect complex matters to the reporting Manager.
  • Attend the course/ training as required by the Bank as and when necessary.
  • Others task that are assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
