Job Description:
- Meet sales targets/KPIs for Non-Individual (CASATIA & Non-CASATIA) and Individual (CASATIA – New Salary Account [NOA]) customers.
- Develop and implement business plans for Deposit Business, including acquisition strategies for new corporate accounts.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.
- Acquire new business and expand relationships within the Non-Individual Market Segment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction in corporate relationships.
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports (SAR) to the Regional Director (RD) and HQ Sales Team.
- Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to supervisor.
- Assist branches with inquiries related to corporate deposit products.
- Notify and assist supervisor with fraud attempts detected within the specified timeframe.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate banking or financial services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a high level of perseverance and a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Comfortable with technology and electronic banking products, with a good understanding of digital tools in banking.
- Resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business growth targets.
