AVP/Senior Associate, Business Marketing

Summary:

 

Supports the Business Marketing for overall integrated Business marketing and manage initiatives that leverage all its activities for:

 

  1. Deposit and Cash Management
  2. Social Finance
  3. Alliance Management
  4. Commercial Banking
  5. Strategic Management
  6. Treasury
  7. Trade Operations
  8. General Administration
  9. CISO
  10. Integrity & Governance
  11. Shariah

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Advertising And Promotions

  • To support Business Units/Product owners in the implementation of Advertising and Promotions campaigns to ensure timely execution, as well as achievement, falls within goals and designated budget for the abovementioned products.
  • To ensure the implementation and tracking of standard Advertising and Promotions Campaign management and processes and procedures and ensuring compliance adhere with Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines.

 

2. Development of Marketing Communications Material

 

  • Managing the implementation and coordination of the development and production of all marketing and promotion materials required for marketing activities and are of excellent quality, timely execution within the designated budget.
  • Inspect the layouts and advertising copy as well as editing of radio commercial scripts and any other promotional materials for adherence to specifications.
  • Responsible for proofreading copy and assessing communications layout and other marketing/promotional materials to ensure adherence to communication identity.
  • To ensure the implementation and tracking of standard marketing communication campaign management and processes and procedures and ensuring compliance adhere with Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines

 

3. Sponsorship

  • Support and assist with sponsorship requests from branches and product owners for Central, Northern, Southern, Eastern and East Malaysia.
  • Manage and coordinate business units and support units A&P budget and finance matters

 

4. Special Project

  • Manage the planning and execution of new projects involving business or/and non-business units

 

 

5. Other Related Task

  • As and when required by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated with high perseverance
  • Able to work independently as well as team
  • Knowledgeable in Deposit product and Cash Management solutions
  • Very comfortable with technologies
