Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business success and loyalty.
- Product Marketing & Promotion:
- Strategically market and promote acquiring products, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and recurring/instalment payment plans (IPP), ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Business Growth & Opportunity Identification:
- Identify new business opportunities for growth and expansion within the merchant acquiring space, leveraging industry insights to stay ahead of market trends.
- Customer Issue Resolution:
- Proactively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions to enhance satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Solution Managers and the branches' marketing teams to enhance profitability, optimize product offerings, and elevate customer satisfaction across channels.
- Personalized Consulting & Strategy Development:
- Provide tailored advice to merchants, analyze communication strategies, and implement relationship management strategies to ensure a personalized approach to each client’s business needs.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure full adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, upholding the bank's commitment to compliance and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the card business or banking industry.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of acquiring products and payment solutions.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive new business.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
