Summary
Execute and support the development of rewards and recognition initiatives that help attract, motivate, and retain talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness. Manage day-to-day rewards operations and contribute to program enhancements, working closely with the Head of Talent & Capabilities Development on strategic priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of reward and recognition programs that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s values and business objectives.
- Assist in developing and implementing market-competitive total rewards practices to help attract and retain talent, ensuring fairness and equity across the organization.
- Conduct benchmarking and market research on compensation and benefits to assess competitiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to produce insights that support data-driven decisions by management.
- Work with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure rewards activities align with organizational goals and financial parameters.
- Assist in preparing and delivering communication materials to educate employees on reward programs, policies, and updates, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Administer rewards and benefits programs, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on rewards and benefits matters such as salary structures, incentive programs, and allowances, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Track and monitor departmental expenses to ensure they remain within budget allocations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields are an added advantage.
Years of Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions.
Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles, with hands-on experience in administering rewards programs.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret market data and support data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle day-to-day challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills to explain rewards policies and processes to different audiences.
