Summary:

• Identify emerging opportunities for improving the user experience. Collect and analyse behavioural, experiment and survey data
• Identify the root causes of wider customer experience issues
• Build new systems that help better understand  user experience by identifying the metrics that will help  measure the usability of product
• Run/manage accessibility audits, running accessibility testing and advocating on behalf of the customers
