Job Description:
Summary
- Responsible to move forwards achieving SST uptime KPI for the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Escalate to branches to ensure tickets are attended within SLA.
- Log the problem to respective vendor’s system.
- Arrange for joint appointment with CIT vendor, branches, mover, alarm vendor and machine vendor.
- Monitor and follow up all the tickets logged in Aptra Vision until closure either via email or phone calls
- Obtain quotations and prepare Job Order to repair the SST.
- Attend to email attention to Helpdesk EBD
- Respond to footprint cases addressed to Helpdesk EBD within SLA
- Assist ATM officers at branches via phone to resolve first line support or perform replenishment/collection.
- Provide to vendors to confirm amount replenished and machine’s status.
- Download comm. key and CI as required during FLM/SLM or any migration activity.
- Monitor ATM/CDM idle time report EB2701P daily.
- Ensure daily report is provided for:-
- Daily cash notification to branches in the morning and evening
- FLM and SLM report (excel)
- Prepare Job Order - Obtain quotations from the vendors and prepare Job Order for approval to repair the SST
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Comply with parameter agreed with Risk Management, Shariah, Compliance, internal and external Auditors and Regulatory Bodies.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
