Certificate and Key Management, Technology Division.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to all lines of business, service providers and IT Support team related to the operational of certificates, HSM and token key management as part of BAU support.
  2. Act as a key point of contact for any business initiatives which related to certificates, HSM and token key management.
  3. Responsible to manage HSM physical key, generate a HSM encryption key for respective Security Key Custodians (SKC) and report on any missing, lost, or stolen keys.
  4. Perform certificates and HSM keys monitoring not limited to application/system usage, purpose, algorithm, system owner, token owner and expiry etc.
  5. Conduct and initiate necessary processes related to certificates, HSM and token key issuance, renewal, and disposal.
  6. Participate in procurement activities which include but not limited to preparation of certificates, HSM and token purchase paper and renewal.
  7. Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements related to certificates, HSM and token key management.
  8. Keep abreast of latest certificates and validity.

 

Requirements

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE
Technical Skills :

  • Good in using MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS Powerpoint.
  • Will be required to prepare approval papers and presentation slides.

Softskills :

  • Good communication skills with internal & external parties.
  • Good Organizational skill.
  • Fast learner and resourceful.
