Job Description: 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle various types of transactions and customer applications over the counter, such as salary crediting, cash deposits, cash withdrawals, TT applications, draft applications, and TD placements and cancellations.
  • To render customer service in a professional, polite, fast, and efficient manner.
  • Attending to customer queries about the Bank's products and services.
  • Filling and batching of daily transaction documents
  • To complete the account closing transaction.
  • Support day-to-day branch operations.
  • Perform individual balancing of cash accurately on a daily basis.
  • To adhere to the rules and procedures relating to operations as set by the bank.
  • Ensure all operational procedures comply with SOPs and other rules and regulations.

 

Requirements

  • Only eligible for diploma holders from recognized IPTA/IPTS.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with less than 2 years of working experience.
  • Customer service orientation - friendly and professional demeanor is important. Being able to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
  • A team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues is essential for maintaining smooth operations and branch performance (Sales and Operations)..
  • Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and ethical behavior.

  • Attention to detail is crucial to prevent errors and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

  • Banking environments can be fast-paced and may require multitasking and handling various responsibilities simultaneously. Being adaptable to changes and effectively navigating various circumstance.
