Job Description: 

Duties & Responsibilities


1. Customer Experience Visual Design

  • Design visual assets that support customer experience initiatives across digital channels including mobile applications, websites, social media, email communications, and digital campaigns.
  • Translate complex banking products, services, and operational processes into clear and engaging visual formats such as infographics, explainer visuals, and educational content.
  • Develop visual communication materials that enhance customer understanding and engagement across multiple customer touchpoints.

 

2. Multimedia & Motion Content Development

  • Produce multimedia assets including motion graphics, short-form videos, animated explainers, and digital storytelling content to support customer experience campaigns and service communications.
  • Create visual content that improves customer understanding and adoption of digital banking services.

 

3. Customer Touchpoint Design

  • Develop design assets for key customer touchpoints including onboarding journeys, product education materials, chatbot visuals, service announcements, and help guides.
  • Ensure consistency in visual experience across all customer-facing channels.

 

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Customer Experience strategists, digital product teams, UX designers, and marketing teams to develop customer-centric communication materials.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving customer journeys through effective visual communication and service design.

 

5. Brand & Design Governance

  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to the bank’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining design consistency across customer-facing materials and service communications.

 

6. Creative Production Management

  • Manage end-to-end design production from concept development to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required for multimedia production.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication Design / Digital Media / Creative Multimedia / Animation / Motion Graphics or related design disciplines.
  • Equivalent professional experience with a strong design portfolio will also be considered.
  • 7 – 12 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or digital visual communication.
  • Proven experience producing multimedia, motion graphics, and digital content for digital platforms.
  • Experience working in banking, fintech, digital platforms, or creative agency environments would be an added advantage.
  • Experience designing for mobile platforms, digital services, or customer journeys is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in motion graphics and video production.
  • Familiarity with digital product design tools such as Figma or Sketch would be an advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual narratives.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first design and visual storytelling.
