Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Housing Finance and Advisory
  • Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing Housing Finance and Advisory matters. This includes the on-boarding of projects, collaborating with developers on joint sales and marketing activities, and ensuring the achievement of targets set by Management for the primary market segment.
     
• Empanelment Management:
  • Review the Developer Verification Sheet, ensuring that all developer, director, and project information is thoroughly vetted before supporting approval.
  • Coordinate with branches, regional offices, and relevant departments to address any HFA-related matters efficiently.
  • Strengthen and enhance relationships with existing tier 1 and selected developers.
     
• Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Prepare performance statistics for EF empanelment as required by management.
  • Conduct periodic competitor surveys to assess market rates, services, and other industry trends.
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
     
• Support and Collaboration:
  • Provide support to branches regarding new and existing product launches, updates on processes, procedures, and campaigns.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and campaigns.
     

Job Requirements

• Possess 8 years of experience in House & Fixed Assets Financing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
• Solid understanding of the HFA market and regulatory environment.
• Proactive approach to relationship management and business development.
