Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage the AML/CFT System Project in implementing an AML/CFT System serving the Bank and its Subsidiaries within the committed date; no later than August 2025.
  • Lead and manage future enhancements, change requests, new integration and production issues related to the AML/CFT System.
  • Ensure all relevant stakeholders are identified and included in the workshops/activities to define the scope and requirements and clearly translated into the Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Statement of Work (SoW).
  • Develop and write the case management workflow (as required per the RFP) in the FSD and help to challenge/validate the parameters/rules/scenarios proposed by Consultant/Vendor  
  • Monitor and ensure that project plan, project schedule and key milestones and deliverables are timely executed and as per expectation. Including timely and accurate updates into the PMIS.
  • Manage resource requirements by engaging the stakeholders, both external and internal by partnering with project managers in understanding scope of effort, deliverables, and project plans.
  • Ensure risks/issues are captured for all projects and ensure that any changes to the milestones/deliverables i.e. scope, timeline, due date are approved by the relevant committees.
  • Mitigation of risks and resolution of issues are addressed in a timely manner including developing effective controls.
  • Provide recommendation(s) on interim, work arounds and long-term solutions to identified issues upon comprehensive assessment of the efforts, cost and risk.
  • Challenge and provide constructive feedbacks to recommendations from stakeholders, system vendors and consultants.
  • Coordinate with IT, vendors, consultants and stakeholders to deliver consistent and efficient process/platform enhancements, providing hands-on support and issue escalation as needed.
  • Ensure vendor and consultant performance is monitored and recommend actions to be taken where necessary.
  • Implement testing accountability and process consistently across all engagements.
  • Plan and execute activities in relation to developing test strategy, test plan, test scripts, test verification and validation and test signoff.
  • Guide and manage the Project team, aligning the activities and strength of individuals.
  • Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
