Role: Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage testing management for any project and system enhancements for standard Change Request in accordance to IT Test Management Manual
  • Establish and improve testing management methodology through IT Test Management Manual
  • Coordinate and manage the standard quality testing for project system testing and application enhancement testing,
  • Coordinate and manage the necessary procedures or documentations including test strategy & plan, script, execution and completed test result performed by IT Test Management.
  • To plan for resources or tester availabilities to complete the testing within the agreed time frame.
  • Monitor, compile and follow up on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) status on the System Request Enhancements (SREs) approved by System Enhancement Working Group (SEWG) and Application Bug UAT status of the management reporting,
  • Prepare, compile and review ITTM monthly performance and achievement report to the Head of IT PM.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements,
  • Any other duty / assignment as and when directed / assigned by the superior as per operation / business requirement from time to time.
