Job Description: 

1. Marketing Strategy

  • Responsible for the development of campaigns, cross-selling activities, and programmes for HFA products.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Develop marketing plans to accelerate overall HFA portfolio growth.
  • Provide relevant materials to branches/PFE pertaining to HFA products (e.g., product summaries, presentation slides, etc.).
  • Develop marketing campaigns to ensure the Bank's competitiveness within the industry.
  • Analyse competitors’ features and benefits by keeping abreast of the latest developments in the industry.

 

2. Product / Programme Implementation

  • Attend to various processes to facilitate product implementation, such as issuance of memos and updates to the respective Operational Manuals/Guidelines.
  • Develop relevant marketing collaterals to promote the product/programme.
  • Conduct training and briefings for relevant personnel to facilitate their understanding of the product/programme.

 

3. Product / Programme Monitoring

  • Monitor the performance of various financing schemes in which the Bank participates, such as Skim Rumah Pertamaku (SRP), Skim Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan (SJKP), and the Bank Islam–LPPSA scheme.
  • Facilitate CAD and CRD on issues pertaining to abandoned housing projects.

 

4. Product & Business Support

  • Conduct product training and briefings for relevant staff and departments from time to time.
  • Attend to and resolve enquiries and complaints received from customers via the Contact Centre, Feedback Channel, Distribution Department, CAD, CRD, etc.

 

5. Empanelment of Housing Developers / Projects and Business Relationships & Collaboration

  • Review the Developer Verification Sheet, including developer, director, and project information, prior to supporting approval.
  • Coordinate with branches, regional offices, and relevant departments on matters pertaining to HFA.
  • Strengthen and improve relationships with existing Tier 1/selected developers.
  • Prepare EF empanelment performance statistics when required.
  • Conduct periodic surveys on competitors’ rates, services, and offerings.
  • Ensure adherence and compliance with all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

 

6. Credit-Related Matters

  • Attend to queries from stakeholders on credit-related matters and provide advisory where applicable.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably in housing financing, credit, or product management within the banking industry.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of financing documentation and credit matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative and an active team player; committed, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Able to respond to and resolve issues or queries raised by customers, CAD, the Call Centre, etc., efficiently.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Ability to perform multitasking activities with strong attention to detail.
