Job Description:
Summary
Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Bank’s Credit Models and other related credit management functions as assigned by the Head of Department/Division.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and recalibrate Credit Rating Models for Retail/Non-Retail financing products
- Assist and work closely with other users from related Divisions/Units in implementing the new models
- To prepare monthly Credit Scoring Report when requested for submission to MRCC/BRC
- Assist Business Unit, Operational and other Support Division in process improvement/ reengineering/ manual and guidelines development as appropriate
- Assist in identifying, monitoring and resolving risk issues in the development/ enhancement of new/ current models
- Carry out any duty or ad-hoc assignment assigned by Head of the Division / the Bank’s Senior Management and the Board from time to time
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
- Review and where necessary, enhance existing policies, guidelines and manuals which relates to Credit functions.
