Job Description: 

Summary

 

Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Bank’s Credit Models and other related credit management functions as assigned by the Head of Department/Division.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  •  Develop and recalibrate Credit Rating Models for Retail/Non-Retail financing products

 

  • Assist and work closely with other users from related Divisions/Units in implementing the new models

 

  • To prepare monthly Credit Scoring Report when requested for submission to MRCC/BRC

 

  • Assist Business Unit, Operational and other Support Division in process improvement/ reengineering/ manual and guidelines development as appropriate

 

  • Assist in identifying, monitoring and resolving risk issues in the development/ enhancement of new/ current models

 

  • Carry out any duty or ad-hoc assignment assigned by Head of the Division / the Bank’s Senior Management and the Board from time to time

 

  • Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

 

  • Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.

 

  • Review and where necessary, enhance existing policies, guidelines and manuals which relates to Credit functions.
