Job Description: 



The Manager of IT Delivery System – Delivery Channels (Senior Technical Lead) responsible for managing and supervising the system enhancement, development, testing, roll-out, maintenance and support on Internet Banking,  eBanker (Corporate Desktop Banking), Paynet FPX, JomPay and other system related to Windows and UNIX.


Duties and Responsibilities


A) Implementation (Package, Development)

  • Evaluate / select development tools, hardware and software
  • Determine and analyze requirements/work flows
  • Design / Construct / Integrate / Enhance / Customize / Test / Implement solutions
  • Prepare systems / technical documentation
  • Deploy solutions and perform change management

B) Support (Maintenance)

  • Deliver maintenance expectation and meet service level indicators
  • Manage change requests (Release Management) & own the execution of CR
  • Maintain productions systems and resolve issues
  • Survey application effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures


C) Set priorities, provide coordination, report activities and deliver customer satisfaction.

D) Follows the system development process conventions to ensure that all important steps in the development process have been adequately performed.

E) Builds appropriate controls into business application software so that the resulting business activity will be both secured and reliable.

F) Performs tests of the application software to ensure that it operates according to functional specifications before releasing it for user acceptance testing.

G) Diligently documents all application systems developed in-house to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.

H) Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies / guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

I) Any other duty / assignment as and when directed / assigned by the superior as per operation / business requirement from time to time.
