Mortgage Sales Executive (MSE) (Nationwide)

Job Description: 
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns and activities to promote the House Financing product.
  • Participate in sales and promotional activities arranged by the Regional Office / Head Office.
  • Gather and analyze financial data to offer financial advisory services to customers.
  • Actively engage in increasing product holdings through cross-selling activities.
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers and nurturing a new customer base.
  • Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service to avoid complaints and attrition.
  • Attend to all customer requests and complaints promptly and within the stipulated service level.
  • Solicit and submit financing applications to the relevant stakeholders for decisions and approvals within the agreed TAT.
  • Escalate any fraud attempts detected during the application process to the superior.
  • Ensure that documents submitted for applications are properly processed according to guidelines.
  • Prepare timely reports on marketing, sales activities, and business performance.

 

Job Requirements

  • Posssed Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a recognised IPTA/IPTS.
  • More than 1 year of working experience in a sales position; experience in banking or a financial institution is an advantage.
  • High inclination towards a sales-driven culture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal with good business acumen and customer service skill.
  • Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.
  • Experience of working in fast-moving business environment
  • Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels and countries
