Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Planned, executed, and managed Fee-Based products' marketing and sales activities to achieve the monthly target.
- Plan and roll out the visitation schedule for both existing and new customers.
- Participate in sales and promotional activities.
- Gather and analyse financial data to offer customers financial advisory services.
- Attend to all customers’ requests and complaints promptly and within the stipulated service level.
- Timely preparation of reports on marketing, sales activities, and performance for the Branch Manager / Branch Business Manager.
- Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after-sales service to avoid complaints and attrition.
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements: Specific Skills/Knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience in unit trust or takaful products.
- Acquiring TBE/FIMM certification is an advantage.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in a related field from a recognised education institution.
- Enjoy meeting people and engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
