Job Description: 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing customers with financial advice, guidance, and support to help them achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial situation and develop personalized plans that meet their unique needs.
  • Provide advisory services and consultation on all Bank Islam products and services (e.g., Deposit, Unit Trust, Fee Based, ASBF and Credit Card).
  • Educate and advise customers on financial planning related to the Bank’s products and services.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for customers, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, and other financial services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on products, processes, and procedures.
  • Market and cross-sell the Bank's products to new and existing customers.
  • Build closer rapport with existing customers to increase utilization and share of their business wallet.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in the bank branch team to ensure a seamless customer experience and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate.
  • Participate in sales launches and data mining for potential customers, and source new business opportunities.

 

Job Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales roles.
  • Obtain a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a any field of studies from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
  • Pass the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM).
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and networking abilities.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and planning skills.
