Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Submit a minimum of 25 vehicle financing applications daily, including both new and appeal cases.
- Ensure full compliance with the 21-point checklist prior to submission for approval.
- Perform credit assessments and provide recommendations in accordance with established guidelines for new and appeal applications.
- Verify the adequacy and completeness of documents according to the checklist for processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to financing processing.
- Check for accuracy and consistency of credit-related data entered into the FAST system.
- Verify consistency of information provided in submitted documents.
- Keep Decision Providers (DPs) and approvers well-informed with all relevant facts to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Follow escalation procedures for fraudulent or suspicious applications promptly.
- Adhere to escalation protocols for applications involving high-risk customers and connected parties.
- Provide guidance and training to Marketing Officers (MO/PO1) to improve the quality of credit submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements in all processing activities.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and cross-functional duties within the Credit Financing Processing Centre (CFPC) as requested by the supervisor.
- Handle and dispose of customer information securely and confidentially during processing.
- Comply with all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements at all times.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the superior to meet business requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in vehicle financing, credit assessment, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment and vehicle financing processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and guidelines strictly.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with FAST or similar credit processing systems.
- Good communication skills to liaise with decision makers and marketing teams.
- Ability to identify and escalate fraudulent or high-risk cases appropriately.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financing and PDPA.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and cross-functional duties.
- Familiarity with internal escalation processes and risk management preferred.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently under tight deadlines.
