Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of organizational programs and change initiatives. This role ensures effective implementation, manages stakeholder engagement, and supports change management strategies to drive successful organizational transitions.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the execution of organizational programs and change initiatives.
  • Ensure programs align with strategic objectives and are delivered within timelines.
  • Monitor progress and address roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
  • Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Track and report program performance to senior management.
  • Identify potential resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and minimize disruption.
  • Provide support and guidance to teams in navigating organizational changes.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions on program updates.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and provide clear solutions.
  • Identify and assess risks that may impact program success.
  • Implement proactive measures to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members, providing direction and mentorship.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to enhance program execution.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience

  • 6 – 8 years
  • Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in program management, change management, or organizational transformation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and driving organizational change.
