Job Description:
Summary
Execute sales plans pro-actively to increase sales of wealth management products and acquisition of Premier Wealth Banking customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for acquiring and increasing the Assets Under Management (AUM) for Premier Wealth Banking customers.
- Develop and manage relationships with Premier Wealth Banking customers.
- Expand wallet share from both existing and new Premier Wealth Banking customers.
- Assist clients in establishing wealth portfolios that adapt to market conditions.
- Maintain a high level of professional integrity at all times.
Financial
- To provide quality wealth advisory services and financial product recommendations to Premier Wealth Banking clients.
- To enhance franchise value by cross-selling appropriate Wealth solutions based on advisory based approach.
- To expand the Premier Wealth Banking Clients Francise by acquiring new Premier Wealth Banking Clients via contacts, referrals and marketing initiatives.
Service
- To provide excellent customer experience to our Premier Wealth Banking Clients at all touch points via 3 distinctive service elements i.e. cared for, excellent and enhanced value.
- To build sustainable relationship with Premier Wealth Banking Clients by timely follow-ups and anticipate customers' needs.
- To proactively engage Premier Wealth Banking Clients to achieve continuous customer satisfaction level.
Compliance
- To ensure adherence sales advisory to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters including processes and procedures.
- To ensure no operational and control lapses.
- To ensure timely submission of both statutory and regulatory reports,
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Another duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized IPTA/IPTS.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment and/or relationship management.
- Priority will be given to those with relevant licenses and certifications such as FIMM, TBE, and IPPC (with Modules 6 and 7); these are considered additional advantages.
- Strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel.
