Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

Job Description: 



Execute sales plans proactively to increase high net worth investments with Funding Societies.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  1. Responsible for acquiring and deepening the investor base of the platform.
  2. Develop and manage relations with high net worth investors.
  3. Acquire a larger wallet share from existing as well as new investors.
  4. Support engagement with Tech, Marketing and Risk teams to improve investment experience on the platform.
  5. Provide support in structuring investment products to meet market demand.
  6. Maintain high quality of professional integrity always.




  1. To provide quality wealth advisory services and financial product recommendations to II NW Private Clients,
  2. To enhance franchise value by cross-selling appropriate Wealth solutions based on an advisory based approach.
  3.       To expand the Private Client Franchise by acquiring new High Net Worth (Private Banking level) customers via contacts, referrals and marketing initiatives.




  1.       To provide excellent customer experience to our Private Client customers at all touchpoints via 3 distinctive service elements i.e. cared for, excellent and enhanced value.
  2.       To build a sustainable relationship with Private Client customers by timely follow-ups and anticipate customers' needs.
  3. To proactively engage Private Client customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction levels.




  1.       To ensure adherence to sales advisory to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters including processes and procedures.
  2. To ensure no operational and control lapses.
  3. To ensure timely submission of both statutory and regulatory reports,
  4.       To Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  5. Other duties/assignments as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirements from time to time.



  1. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in investments and/or relationship management.
  2. Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university college.
  3. Minimum 5 years experience in the financial industry with exposure in client relationship/ frontline role.
  4. Priority will be given to those with relevant licenses and certification (IPPC, etc); for those with modules 6 and 7 is an added advantage
  5. Possess a strong understanding of both financial and non-financial markets
  6. Possesses own transport and is willing to travel
  7. Preferably multi-lingual.
  8. Proven track record of acquiring high net worth investor
  9. Has an existing network of high net worth clients, and can hit the ground running
  10. Proven ability and confidence to hit sales target
  11. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  12. The ability to build strong relationships with clients.
