Job Description:
Summary
Execute sales plans pro-actively to increase high net worth investments with Funding Societies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for acquiring and deepening the investor base of the platform.
- Develop and manage relations with high net worth investors.
- Acquire a larger wallet share from existing as well as new investors.
- Support engagement with Tech, Marketing and Risk teams to improve investment experience on the platform.
- Provide support in structuring investment products to meet market demand.
- Maintain high quality of professional integrity always.
Financial
- To provide quality wealth advisory services and financial product recommendations to II NW Private Clients,
- To enhance franchise value by cross-selling appropriate Wealth solutions based on advisory based approach.
- To expand the Private Client Franchise by acquiring new High Net Worth (Private Banking level) customers via contacts, referrals and marketing initiatives.
Service
- To provide excellent customer experience to our Private Client customers at all touch points via 3 distinctive service elements i.e. cared for, excellent and enhanced value.
- To build sustainable relationship with Private Client customers by timely follow-ups and anticipate customers' needs.
- To proactively engage Private Client customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction level.
Compliance
- To ensure adherence sales advisory to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters including processes and procedures.
- To ensure no operational and control lapses.
- To ensure timely submission of both statutory and regulatory reports,
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Another duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
