Job Description: 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Team Leadership and Supervision:

  • Lead and manage a team to execute marketing campaigns and activities promoting the House Financing product.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

 

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive the success of House Financing products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the execution of sales and promotional activities in collaboration with the Regional Office and Head Office.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Guide the team in acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base through effective sales and marketing activities.
  • Monitor and support team efforts to cross-sell products and increase product holdings among existing customers.
  • Ensure the team builds and maintains strong customer relationships, providing exceptional after-sales service to reduce complaints and attrition.

 

Financial Advisory and Sales Support:

  • Oversee the analysis of financial data to offer comprehensive financial advisory services to customers, ensuring that all team members are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge.
  • Supervise the solicitation and submission of financing applications to relevant stakeholders for timely decisions and approvals.
  • Ensure the team adheres to agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for financing applications and decisions.

 

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all financing applications are processed in accordance with the Bank guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of documents submitted for applications.
  • Escalate any fraud attempts or suspicious activities during the application process to the superior, ensuring proper handling.

 

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing campaigns, sales activities, and business performance.
  • Track team performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

 

Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

  • Ensure team members attend to customer requests and complaints promptly, within the stipulated service levels.
  • Work with the team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements

  • More than 5 years experience in a team leadership role within marketing or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of house financing products, financial advisory services, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the financial industry.
