SME Sales Executive - SME Banking Division

Job Description:
Summary:
Responsible for the growth of the SME Division's Asset Portfolio in line with the KPI through the acquisition of new quality customers.
Responsibilities:
- Actively market and originate SME Banking financing products and cross-sell for deposits, corporate credit cards and Takaful for new and existing customers.
- Responsive in meeting and exceeding individual sales targets by contributing to the bank's business in line with LEAP25's strategy.
- Work closely with Business Centre Manager to prepare credit proposals and obtained approval from respective Financing Committees, as well as Letter of Offer and liaise with Credit Administration for the completion of security documentation.
- Work closely with other Business Development Unit (internal & external) in promoting Bank Islam products and services.
- Manage the disbursement and/or activation process and liaise with Sales Support Team and Credit Administration Department.
- Maintain and manage customer relationships, cross-sell bank's products and services, monitor the growth and quality of the business portfolio in order to meet the target.
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Any other duties/assignments as and when directed/assigned by the supervisor as per business requirements from time to time.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economy/Law or any related discipline
- Fresh graduates is encourage to apply
- Minimum of 2nd class lower degree
- Proficient in English for both written & communication
- Good with numbers and calculations
