Job Description: 

Responsibilities

 

1. Credit Evaluation of New and Enhancement Applications

  • To evaluate the “Credit Proposal” and to seek approval from the respective Financing Committees.
  • To authorize application for SJPP guarantee coverage for credit approved.
  • To verify and signoff on the Letter of Offer (LO).

  • To ensure that the prospects are within the accepted risk apetite in an effort to secure quality customers.
  • To ensure that all processes and terms are duly complied within the standard turnaround time (TAT).
  • To ensure the concluded deals remain performing and generate the expected returns.
  • To ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  • To maintain proper tools for easy tracking of application statuses and timeline.

 

2. Review, Reschedule & Restructure (R&R) of Accounts

  • To evaluate annual review of the customers’ facility for those account under FCB / FCB authority to seek approval from the respective Financing Committees.
  • To evaluate any request for R&R for existing accounts.
  • To ensure that all accounts under the portfolio are reviewed on time and the status of the business are properly updated.
  • To monitor for extension of review when necessary.
  • To ensure the work-out plan on R&R cases workable to customers and protecting the Bank interest in term of asset quality
  • To liaise with respective SMT on timely submission of documents from customers for review and R&R cases.
  • To maintain a proper tools to track, monitor and ensure timely review is conducted.

 

3. Any other duties/assignments/responsibilities as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
