Senior Manager

Summary

Responsible for managing and overseeing the overall recovery activities for the portfolio under Impaired Management, Retail Special Asset Management. The main objective is to maximize recovery for the Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Manage and oversee the overall day to day operation of the Unit/Team.
• Lead, manage and drive staff to achieve business goals set by the management.
• Accountable for unit/team overall performance, audits and compliance.
• Share vision, provide focus, coaching and monitor performance of subordinates. Plan optimal utilization of resources. Support team leaders/staffs and provide feedback on their performance.
• Be a member of Financing Committee as and when appointed by the Management.
• Attend meetings Financing Committee or other committee meetings (if required) that are relevant to the recovery activities.
• Attend training or course as approved by the Bank.
• Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
