Summary
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive cost-reduction program aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. - Oversee and manage budget, personnel, and technology resources to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively to achieve cost-reduction targets.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of cost-reduction initiatives.
