Job Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Drive the achievement of targets for ePayments Solutions in Cash Management and Merchant Terminals.
  • Execute business-focused strategies and develop actionable plans in alignment with the business plan and targets.
  • Strategically acquire new merchant terminals and expand business opportunities in new market segments.
  • Ensure products adhere to sign-up criteria, and that processing is completed within established frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to enhance loyalty and drive growth.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and timely completion of all ePayments Solutions documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and inquiries related to ePayments Solutions, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Provide proactive support to branches, addressing any queries related to ePayments Solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely escalation of any detected fraud attempts related to ePayments Solutions in accordance with internal protocols.

 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Cash Management solutions, Deposit products, and Merchant Terminals.
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
  • Possess excellent presentation, negotiation, selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with high perseverance, a strong drive for results, and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledgeable in deposit products, cash management solutions, and highly proficient with technology and electronic banking products.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities and a proven ability to drive sales effectively.
