Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and review financing applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify and validate customer documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Credit, Legal) to facilitate financing approvals and disbursements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financing applications, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financing applications and products.
  • Monitor and track the progress of financing applications and follow up with customers or internal teams as needed.
  • Assist in generating reports related to financing activities and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into relevant systems, maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support for financing documentation and approvals, ensuring proper filing and retrieval.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the efficiency of financing support processes.
  • Stay updated on relevant financial products, regulations, and industry trends to support continuous improvement.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any recognised IPTA/IPTS.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financing or banking-related roles.
  • Knowledge of financing products, services, and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
